Message	He was rebuilding his engine and already had new turbos so he didn't really care. But he didn't dyno it. I keep hearing that 21 PSI is the max the stock turbo's can take but what I wonder is when do they stock making power. I think that 19 PSI on stock turbo's wouldn't be to unreasonable. However I wouldn't count on them last to long :-)
